Hi, my name is Gerry Byrne BA (Hons) Exercise & Health, MSc Food science and business technology. I have previously worked in technology, telecoms, retail and logistics. I am highly qualified in human physiology, nutritional science - biochemistry and metabolic health and high level experience in exercise and performance. With my own health & wellness brand Glonua, I strive to develop, learn, share and help people realize overall better health. I am truly passionate and endeavor to empower people to achieve a healthy weight, prevent chronic diseases by providing advise and support to all who seek better health both in body & mind.
